Music Bingo is a service provided by Blackbox Media Limited. We provide entertainment services to pubs, bars, and venues in the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services.

2. Definitions

• "Music Bingo" refers to the service provided at musicbingo.co.uk.
• "You", "Your" refers to the venue and authorised representatives using our services.
• "Service" refers to Music Bingo entertainment activities, software, and related services.
• "Venue" refers to the physical establishment where the Service will be provided.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be a legitimate pub, bar, or entertainment venue located in the United Kingdom.
• Hold a valid PRS (Performing Right Society) licence for playing recorded music.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Be at least 18 years of age if registering as an individual on behalf of a venue.

4. Account Registration

When registering for Music Bingo:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. PRS Licensing

All venues must maintain a valid PRS licence to legally play recorded music. By using our Service, you confirm that:

• Your venue has the appropriate PRS licence for public performance of music.
• You will maintain this licence for the duration of your use of our Services.
• You understand that Blackbox Media Limited does not provide PRS licensing as part of our Services.
• You accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with PRS and other music licensing requirements.

Music Bingo is licensed by NSM Music for PRS and PPL purposes. All music provided through our Service is subject to NSM Music's terms and conditions. Our licence with NSM Music allows us to legally provide music for entertainment purposes, but does not replace your venue's requirement to hold appropriate licences for public performance. You acknowledge that failure to maintain appropriate licensing may result in legal liability for your venue.

6. Service Use

When using our Service, you agree:

• To use the Service only for its intended purpose of entertainment at your venue.
• Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Blackbox Media Limited.
• Not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Not to use the Service to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations whilst using our Service.
• To ensure that any use of our Service by your staff or representatives complies with these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by Blackbox Media Limited or its licensors.

Using our Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. By using our Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
